E-Series Econoline (’92-’16) Aluminum Rear Barn Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum rear barn door panels for the ’92-’16 E-Series Econoline!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-Built specifically for your build: Choose between no speakers, simple oval cutouts, or hexagonal tessellation grilles. Rear lock switch can be omitted, and optional storage doors can be added

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors*

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:

-*The door panel attaches to the door via included M5 rivet nuts (rivnuts). On our van used for design, the holes had to be drilled open just a small amount (~1/32″ larger in diameter) for the rivnuts to fit.  

-Installation requires the use of a rivnut tool and rivet gun, which are not provided.

-Powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.

-Stock switches, door handle, etc. are not included and are reused from your factory door panels.
