We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the Eighth generation F-Series & Bronco!
-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA
-Re-uses stock rubber window trim so the glass doesn’t rattle or drag against the panels
-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish
-The front panels will work for Standard or Extended cab pickups.
-We do not currently make rear door panels for extended cabs.
-Sold as a pair
-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build
-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors*
-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:
-*The door panel attaches to the door via M5 rivet nuts (rivnuts). While this doesn’t permanently alter the door, they would need to be drilled out to be removed and returned to stock panels. Also, on our development 1987 F-150, we had to drill holes for the lower 5 holes.
-Installation requires the use of a rivnut tool and rivet gun, which are not provided.
-We do not have these designed to accommodate the mirror adjustment switch.
-Powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.
-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.
-Stock switches, door handle, etc. are not included and are reused from your factory door panels.
