All orders will ship within our listed 15 business day (3 week) build time, unless otherwise stated. Powder coated and vinyl wrapped parts will have a 6 week build time.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. Did you receive my order?

A: You should have received an order confirmation email from us, but occasionally when customers didn’t receive it they later found it in their Spam folders. Please check there first, and if you still don’t see it feel free to contact us!

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We list a 15 business day (3 week) build time for all products since everything is made to order in house by Landon and Rebecca. We always try to get them shipped out as quickly as we can and often it ships out well ahead of that build time! 

Powder coated items will have a 5 week build time.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Once we create the shipping label you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. It can be easily missed, so again check your Spam folder if it is past the build time and you haven’t received any notifications. 

Q: I received tracking information, but there hasn’t been an update. Is there a problem?

A: We print multiple shipping labels at once to save time so sometimes (depending on our shipping schedule) it may take a few days for you to see an update on the tracking! Keep checking back and it will update once it has been picked up by USPS. 

Q: Why did I receive a refund? Is something wrong with my order?

A: Sometimes our website miscalculates the cost of shipping. If you end up over-paying for shipping we always send a refund for the difference in price! If there is ever something wrong with your order (which is almost never since everything is made to order in house) we will contact you instead of just refunding.

Q: Are door panels sold individually or as a pair?

A: All door panels are sold as a pair!

Q: I have access to my own equipment. Can I have/buy your CAD files?

A: We have put countless hours into each CAD file perfecting each product so that they are up to our standards. Sorry, but we are not willing to sell our files. (Really guys, it’s extremely rude. Please stop asking! You wouldn’t expect any other business to give you files so you can make your own instead of supporting them, so why would we?)

Q: Can I get a part without the LRB logo?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer our products without our logo. We are extremely proud of the parts that we create and our logo shows off our brand. In most instances, it is very small or in a discreet location, so it doesn’t take away from the aesthetic of the part.

Q: I don’t have PayPal, how can I order?

A: All of our payments are processed through PayPal, but you can still order without an account! Add all of the items that you’d like to purchase to your cart and then press the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom right of the screen. You’ll then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Once this has been done click “Proceed to PayPal”. This will take you to the PayPal page where you can either Log In (if you have an account) or click the button underneath the Log In section that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. This will allow you to enter your credit or debit card information and use PayPal simply as a payment processor without having an account!

General Notes:

-Due to supply chain issues, some hardware may be zinc plated (silver-blue) or zinc yellow-chromate plated (gold-yellow).

-Some of the older product pictures do not show logos on them. Almost all of our products include our LRB logo, except for some radios, dashboard vents, etc.

-Delrin (acetal) parts may come in either white or black.
