All orders will ship within our listed 15 business day (3 week) build time, unless otherwise stated. Powder coated parts will have a 5 week build time.

All of our products are made to order in house in the USA! We work very hard to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, so there is a good possibility that your order will reach you before the stated time! If you need your order by a specific date, please Contact Us and we will do our best to expedite your order so that it reaches you in time 🙂

Domestic Orders:

Orders placed with Priority Mail will usually have delivery in 18-21 business days. (Up to a 15 business day build time, and up to 3-6 business days shipping time)

Orders placed with UPS Ground will usually have delivery in 16-21 business days. (Up to a 15 business day build time, and up to 1-5 business days shipping time)

 

International Orders:

UPS International Options:

Worldwide Expedited Standard is the slowest shipping method, Worldwide Saver is the middle option, and Worldwide Express is the fastest shipping option that we offer.

UPS Standard is available for Canada only.

 


Notes:

-We are not liable for lost/damaged packages once it’s been accepted and delivered to the address provided. We strongly recommend adding Signature Confirmation to your order, as that is the only way we will be able to help with misdelivered packages.

-For international orders, please keep in mind that there may be delays within customs which are out of our control. Your order may also be charged customs duties, taxes, or fees which are imposed by the country of receipt. By law, we are required to list the full price of merchandise for customs and are not able to lower the value to avoid these fees. Thanks for understanding!

-UPS can sometimes charge brokerage fees for international packages, so please be aware of this prior to ordering with this shipping method. You are responsible for paying these fees. If you refuse a package and it is returned to us the shipping cost, restocking fee, and any further fees that we are subject to as a result will be deducted from your refund.

-Our website cannot accurately calculate postage costs for multiple items. If we are able to combine items into less packages to save money we will do so and send you a refund for the difference in price! 🙂

If you need an accurate shipping quote please contact us and provide us with the items that you would like to purchase (including all options) and your shipping zip code. If you order without contacting us first and you over-pay we will refund the difference!

-Orders ship out in the order they were received. Even small items are subject to the listed shipping times.

Orders with customized items might take longer than our listed build time before they ship if the customization takes multiple proofs and/or a lot of back and forth communication to finalize.

-Once we create the shipping label for your order you should receive an email with the tracking information. 

-We are not responsible for anything that may happen to the package once it has been delivered to the address provided with your order. That being said, if your package has been marked as “Delivered” and it is not there, contact us and we will do our best to help!

-All packages are fully insured. If your package is damaged during shipping you must keep all packaging and the product until the claim process has been completed.

-Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays!

-Although we always try to ship via your selected shipping method, we do reserve the right to change the carrier used for your package at our discretion. If there is a carrier that will not deliver to you, leave a note during checkout letting us know this information. If shipping costs less than what was originally quoted, you will be refunded the difference! Thanks for understanding 🙂
