1992-1997 Ford Ninth Gen OBS F-Series/Bronco Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the Ninth generation F-Series & Bronco!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-Re-uses stock rubber window trim so the glass doesn’t rattle or drag against the panels

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Will work for 2 door (Standard/extended cab pickups).  F-150/Bronco 1992-1996, F-250/F-350 1992-1997

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors*

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:

-*The door panel attaches to the door via M5 rivet nuts (rivnuts). While this doesn’t permanently alter the door, they would need to be drilled out to be removed and returned to stock panels.  Also, on our development 1996 F-250, we had to drill holes on the RH door, however, they were already present on the LH door.  There are also brackets for the factory armrest/pulls that are held on with rivets- these rivets need to be cut off for removal of the brackets, but could be re-attached later with a screw/nut if returning to OEM door panels.

-Manual window version may fit trucks back to 1980, but has not been tested!  Power windows will not work with any truck made before 1992.  Send us a message before you buy if your truck is older than 1992.

-Installation requires the use of a rivnut tool and rivet gun, which are not provided.

-We do not have these designed to accomodate the 4 window power window switch or the mirror adjustment switch.  We also do not currently make rear door panels, either for extended or quad cabs.

-Powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.

-Stock switches, door handle, etc. are not included and are reused from your factory door panels.

-Due to the shape and motion of the interior door handle mechanism, the top portion has been left open.  Use caution to avoid the spring/moving parts.
