98-00 NB1/NA Hybrid Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering hybrid door panels for the NB1 (’98-’00) Miata! These panels re-use the upper padded portion from NA (’89-’97) Miata stock door panels.

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included. You will need the hardware from the NA upper portions to attach to our aluminum panels.

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 3 weeks to our standard build time.

-The NA Miata OEM upper portions are NOT included. You will need to source a set on your own to use with our aluminum half panels.

-These will not work with NB2 (2001-2005) doors due to structural changes in the door itself between NB1 and NB2. In the future we may look into a way to make them work, but at this time the hybrid panels will only work with NB1s. Thanks!

-Due to different tolerances in the holes in the door from Mazda, we changed out the hardware to use plastic push rivets instead of the flat head screws and finish washers as shown in the pictures, as in some instances the screws weren’t able to be installed

-Full NB Door Panels are seen in one picture for reference so you can see the tweeter placement.
