S12 Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 1984-1988 200sx S12!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Substantial interior space is gained by the panels sitting flat against the door (great for roll cages, racing seats, etc)

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

-Re-uses stock rubber window trim so the glass doesn’t rattle or drag against the panels

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 3 weeks to our standard build time.

-These door panels were designed on a hatch, but we believe they will work on a coupe as well. If you have any questions please contact us!

-Windows: The door panels will not come pre-cut with any provisions for power or manual windows. Unfortunately Nissan moved the location of the manual window crank several times over the years, so we decided to leave the panels blank so that you can drill the hole to fit your specific vehicle. We also do not have provisions for power window switches, so you will either need to relocate your switches, or be willing to modify the door panels to mount them yourself.

-Speaker Note: The “6.5″ Speaker” option has cutout dimensions listed in the pictures. Please verify that your speakers will fit those dimensions prior to ordering. If you have changed out your speakers and need a different hole size cut, just write to us and we’d be happy to work with you!
