GS300/GS400 Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 1997-2004 GS300/GS400!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair (Can be purchased as both fronts, both rears, or all 4 door panels)

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Interior space is gained by the panels sitting flat against the door (great for roll cages, racing seats, etc)

-Approximately 6 lbs lighter than the stock panels (total weight savings for all 4 door panels)

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling or modifying your doors (1 small bracket needs to be trimmed – more information in Notes below)*

-Re-uses stock rubber window trim so the glass doesn’t rattle or drag against the panels (Some disassembly of your existing panels is required to attach the factory inner window seal to our panels)

-All mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 3 weeks to our standard build time.

*A plastic mounting tab needs to be cut off from the interior door handle so that the door panels can sit down properly

-The “6.5″ Speaker” option has cutout dimensions listed in the pictures. Please verify that your speakers will fit those dimensions prior to ordering. If you have changed out your speakers and need a different hole size cut, just write to us and we’d be happy to work with you!

-Choosing the 6.5″ Speaker option prohibits you from using the stock plastic molded speaker housing. This means that you will most likely have to re-wire your speakers (and tweeters for the front panels only) as the plugs were integrated into the housing.

-In order to have proper clearance with the window glass, the maximum speaker depth that will fit without interference for the front door is 2.08″ (53mm) and for the rear door it is 3.11″ (79mm).
