We’re happy to release our Rear Seat Delete for the ’80-’93 Coupe Foxbody Mustang!
-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA!
-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish
-Weight savings of approx. 10 lbs over the stock rear seats (not including rear seatbelts)
-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build
-Uses all factory mounting locations so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your car*
-All necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions are included
Seat Delete Notes:
-*The rear seat delete attaches in some points via included rivet nuts (rivnuts). While this doesn’t permanently alter the vehicle, they would need to be drilled out to be removed and returned to the stock rear seat. If you are keeping the stock parcel shelf, 4 holes will need to be drilled into that as well. These holes would be covered by the stock rear seat if you choose to return to stock at a later date, so it is still completely reversible.
-If your interior is gutted (no carpet) you may want to consider purchasing the add on foam tape option to quiet it down!
-This rear seat delete will not fit hatchback Mustangs!
-This was designed on a 1990 Foxbody and has not been tested on other years. Some features might have changed over the years, so we cannot guarantee perfect fitment without modification on ’80-’86 vehicles.
-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.
-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.
