82-93 S10 Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 1st Gen (1982-1993) Chevy S10! These door panels will also fit Blazers, Sonomas, and Jimmys of the same year range.

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors*

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included. M5 Rivnut tool is NOT included.

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 3 weeks to our standard build time.

– *The door panel attaches to the door via M5 rivet nuts (rivnuts). While this doesn’t permanently alter the door, they would need to be drilled out to be removed and returned to stock panels.

-Installation requires the use of a rivnut tool which is not provided.

-1985 and earlier vehicles had different interior door handles that don’t fit without modification. Until we are able to bring one of those trucks in for development, the solution is to change the door handle to the 1986+ style. There are brand new, aftermarket handles available for ~$24 a pair as of December 2023.

-We currently only offer these door panels for manual windows. If you have power windows please contact us prior to ordering and we can work that out with you!

-We currently do not offer any speaker options for these panels. If you would like to add speakers to your door panels please contact us prior to ordering and we can work that out with you!
