2003-2010 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 2003-2010 CONVERTIBLE VW Beetle! These will solve your brittle plastic door panel issues once and for all!

-The window switches and fuel door release switch commonly break at the spring-tab that latches them to the panel. With our design, the switch is dually nested between 2 layers of aluminum, so if that tab is broken but the switch still works it can still be used to save you from having to purchase a new switch!

-The 3 lower screw anchors along the bottom of the door broke on us during design, so we improved them with new nylon insert nuts and stainless screws, which come standard with the door panel kit

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors*

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:

-*Rivets that hold on the stock speaker housing will need to be drilled out to remove them

-OEM speakers cannot be re-used due to space constraints with the flat aluminum door panels.

-Our panels are designed to use 6.5″ aftermarket speakers. See drawing in the pictures for dimensions

-Powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.

-Stock switches, door handle, etc. are not included and are reused from your factory door panels.
