02-06 RSX Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 2002-2006 DC5 RSX!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Substantial interior space is gained by the panels sitting flat against the door (great for roll cages, racing seats, etc)

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

-Re-uses stock rubber window trim so the glass doesn’t rattle or drag against the panels (Some disassembly of your existing panels is required to attach the factory inner window seal to our panels)

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 3 weeks to our standard build time.

-Speaker Note: Our door panels were designed to use a 4″ speaker. See dimensions in pictures! If you would like to use the stock speakers or a different sized speaker, contact us prior to ordering and we’ll see what we can work out with you!
