1997-2004 C5 Corvette Aluminum Door Panels

We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the ’97-’04 C5 Corvette!

-Engineered and manufactured in house in the USA

-CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum, finished with an even brushed finish

-Sold as a pair

-Ready to be painted, powder coated, wrapped, or can be left raw to match your interior/build

-Substantial interior space is gained by the panels sitting flat against the door (great for roll cages, racing seats, etc)

-Approximately 6 pounds lighter than the stock panels (total weight savings)

-Uses all factory mounting locations in the door so there is no drilling, cutting, or modifying your doors

-Mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions are included

Notes:

-Textured matte black powder coat samples can be seen in the pictures. They are for reference only and coating might vary slightly with different batches.

-Powder Coating will add approximately 4 weeks to our standard build time.

-All door panels come with provisions for the stock power window / mirror / lock switch. If you would like any of these to be omitted please contact us prior to ordering!

-Stock Bose Speaker option is a hole that allows the stock Bose speaker to mount. If you have non-Bose or different sized aftermarket speakers installed and would like a custom hole size, please contact us prior to ordering! Otherwise you might have to make adjustments to that area to allow the speaker to mount properly.

-Stock switches, door handle, etc. are not included and are reused from your factory door panels.
