FC Aluminum Louvers

This is the moment we’ve been waiting for.. Countless hours of development time getting these perfect has finally paid off! Introducing our new aluminum louvers for the 2nd generation RX7 🙂

CNC laser cut from 0.063″ aluminum, with all necessary mounting hardware and very detailed installation instructions included.

The top side pieces will come bent by us using a slip roll so we can ensure that the bend for the shape of the louvers will be correct. Everything will be pre-drilled, and the stepped pieces will be pre-bent. The sides of each slat will still require bending, but it is very simple by hand and doesn’t have to be super precise. The last step will be for you to bolt/rivet the kit together and mount to the car!

Tools Needed:

• Riveter (Hand or Pneumatic will work)
• 10mm Socket with Extensions
• Linesman Pliers (or similar)
• Metric Allen Key Set

**Bends must be crisp and sharp or the slats won’t fit together flush. It’s a lengthy and somewhat tedious process, so please take your time and closely follow directions during assembly as we cannot afford to send out free replacement parts. If you do run into any snags, just contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you!

All louver kits come standard in raw aluminum with a brushed finish.
