Order Changes:

Since all products are made to order, any order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Outside of this time period they may incur a 25% restocking fee. This will only be applied if the parts have already been cut. Thanks for understanding!

*Please note: Due to their completely customizable nature, dashboards, radio surrounds, and gauge panels cannot be changed after the initial 24 hour period. 

Order Cancellations:

For customized parts, if you write to us before the order has been manufactured, we will cancel your order. If your customized item has already been cut we will not refund your order as it is no longer resellable. Thanks for understanding!

Return Policy:

Since all products are made to order we charge a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. You must also contact us to start the return within 14 days of you receiving the item. Everything must be in brand new, unmounted condition with no scratches, scuffs, or finger prints and with all hardware included. You must also pay to send the item back to us.

Please make sure that you package the item carefully to be sent back. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. Once the returned item has been received, if it is not brand new, resellable condition we will contact you to discuss options and part of your refund may be used as a re-surfacing fee.

When you write to us inquiring about a refund, we will give you further instructions including where to send the item. Thanks!

Exchange Policy:

Items may be exchanged for another product if we are contacted within 14 days of you receiving the item. As with our return policy, the item must be in brand new, unmounted condition with no scratches, scuffs, or finger prints and with all hardware included. You must also pay to send the item back to us. If the cost of the new item that you would like to exchange for is greater than the cost of the original exchanged item, you will have to cover the difference in cost. If it is less, you will be issued a refund 🙂

We do not charge a restocking fee, but we will need the cost of postage covered for the new item to be shipped to you as well.

Return to Sender Policy:

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping your package to a new address. If we receive your package back in our shop, we will contact you to work out your options.

Customization Policy:

-Customization requests must be made known at the time the order is placed in the Notes section. If customization is requested after the order has been cut, we will not be able to honor the request.

-Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If you write to us before the order has been made, we will cancel your order. If your customized item has already been cut we will not refund your order as it is no longer resellable.

Other Order Information:

-Due to the complexity of our louvers and dashboards, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Problems:

If you are missing anything from your order (hardware, straps, pieces, etc. please contact us right away. If you do not let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered we will have to charge for replacements. Thanks for understanding!

If anything goes wrong with your shipment (damage, lost package, etc.) please contact us and let us help figure it out with you! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will always work with you to reach a solution that everyone is happy with. Just remember that we are a small business and sometimes despite our best efforts, things take time to resolve.

If you file a PayPal claim/case without first giving us ample time to remedy the situation, you will not be given any further help as this signifies that you are not willing to work with us. Any future orders from you will be immediately canceled and refunded.
